We have a special guest with us today here at TBC. Please welcome my bestie, Sarah, from Everyday Easy! We are honored to have her here today helping out while I am at the Furniture Market. Thank you Sarah for stopping by and please go visit her too!

Hi everyone! I'm Sarah from Everyday Easy, and I'm so happy to share an easy recipe with you! These delicious little grape bites are so easy to make and are a hit at any gathering! I made them recently to share with friends while watching the Butler Bulldogs, and they didn't last long.
Here's what you need to make Grab'em Grapes:
1 lb seedless green grapes
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup finely chopped party peanuts
2 teaspoons shortening
-Start by washing the grapes, then lay them out on a paper towel and pat dry.
-In a microwaveable bowl, combine the white chocolate and shortening. Heat for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. (I have recently discovered that my microwave has a "melt chocolate" setting so I didn't use the shortening...can we say life changing?!)
-Put the chopped peanuts in a bowl, and now get ready for the dippin'! I put down wax paper, and then got my three bowls ready.
-Now you simply take a grape, dip the end in white chocolate, then peanuts, and lay it on the wax paper to harden. [Tip: make sure your grapes are completely dry!]
-Once you're done and all of the white chocolate has hardened, put them in a bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
And there you have it! So easy, yet so tasty! I think they kind of taste like caramel apples. Try these for your next party, baby shower, book club, potluck, lunchbox dessert...the list goes on and on!
Thanks for having me TBC, and I hope to see you all over at Everyday Easy!
