Being back from vacation means back to working out and healthy eating...not nearly as fun as ranch and fried fish sandwiches. We are following the P90X cooking plan again for at least the next month so there may be some repeats in the next couple of weeks. Here's the plan for this week...
Sunday: Grilled chicken salads (that is if it stops raining)
Monday: Turkey, gravy and green beans
Tuesday: Leftovers/chicken for the Mister...I'm having dinner with Bethany
Wednesday: Chicken salad sandwiches and veggie soup
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Chicken egg scrambles and turkey bacon
