I've tried to incorporate some lower calorie meals into our plan this week.
We need to get back on the healthy train.
Hopefully we can stick to it.
Monday: Lighter Tastes like Lasagna Soup (didn't get to this one last week)
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice
Wednesday: Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets (these are SO good) + Baked Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese
Thursday: Leftovers or a freezer meal
Friday: Out with friends!
We are actually in town this weekend and I would love to get some freezer cooking done.
Fingers crossed.
Or at least more than one week of meal plans done at a time...
