Earlier this week I had the fabulous opportunity to visit the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden for a Tulip Event.
I didn't know quite what to expect when going but I love flowers and I love animals so it seemed like a win win to me.
And a TOTAL win it was.
We had a guided tour around the zoo and were able to learn all sorts of fascinating information about the flowers and tulips at the zoo. The Cincinnati Zoo plants 110,000 tulips bulbs every year. Isn't that nuts?! And boy oh boy they are beautiful!
After the event (and a delicious brunch!) we walked around the zoo and all of the animals were SO active.

I've never seen the tulips at the zoo! This looks absolutely gorgeous!
GORGEOUS! We went to the zoo this time last year and got to see all the insanely beautiful amounts of tulips. Love 'em!
I have a picture of that polar bear! We are zoo people and the Cincinnati zoo is our favorite!
All I'm left thinking is how pretty of a backdrop this would be for blog photos 😂
ohhhh so pretty! i love tulips. i had no idea they planted so many every year, wow!
Sounds so fun! Tulips are my FAVORITE, and my town is going to look like this all over the place (for our Tulip Time festival) in a few weeks. Only downside is how much later spring and tulip season arrives here :) Love your photos!
